When times are tough I retell myself of all of God's wonderful deeds to me and to others. And I ask for God-blessed eyes to see how I contributed to the situation and how I can be apart of the transformation of it.
Hard circumstances often come because of our own choices and reactions to life. We don't want to hear this. We don't want to think about it. But in reality we have often chosen poorly because of our broken mindsets and broken idea of our self-worth.
Because if we had a strong self-worth and a healthy view of ourselves and life then we wouldn't choose toxic relationships, dysfunctional money management, bitterness that leads to physical disease, unhealthy lifestyle habits, food consumption, and so on.
If you seek the blessed life and the prosperous life--physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, financially, relationally, and so on then you must be prepared to look at your mindset, your actions, your reactions, and create different ways of looking at the word and all things around you including your daily habits.
Let's choose today to journal out what is happening in our lives and then ask for God to open our eyes to our part in it and what we need to transform to create an abundance of joy and blessings.
Change only feels hard for just a little bit and then the weight is lifted and the light begins to dawn anew as God's hand draws us into alignment with His will and way.

Lord please forgive us our sins today. Help us to have right repentance that produces change in our words, actions, and choices. Please help us to see how we can bring forth blessings and transform our circumstances.
Please open our eyes to see the world and our circumstances from Your point of view. Help us to see what needs to change and grant us the courage to make those changes day by day.
We praise You that healing comes through Your loving word and Spirit. Please bring Your word deep into our hearts.
