Do you feel it?
We've all heard--"it's just business, not personal." But for those of us building our dreams, it's not just business--it's very personal.
As entrepreneurs we put our heart and soul into building our dreams and goals. We are soul-tied to our businesses.
We feel everything that happens in and around our businesses deeply. We feel it deeply when someone chooses our programs or chooses not to join our program. We feel it deeply when our goals are or aren't met, the client's happy or unhappy, our contractor is or isn't a good fit, and so on.
The support you need as you build your God-inspired dreams and goals is so different from other more traditional means of income. We need a wholistic coaching approach--mind, spirit/soul, body, relationship, psychological healing, mindset and perspective shifts, leadership skills, business processes training, sales cycle knowledge, marketing, networking, and so on!
So let's break down a few:
First and foremost you need spiritual nourishment and growth every morning AND from your coaching sessions! Not just a passing glance at a verse but intentional thought and processing each day and in our coaching sessions. If we don't know God's vision, will, and way, then we can't be all in and flowing with our daily work--it's the foundation that needs special consideration both alone and in coaching sessions. That's why procrastination, confusion, overwhelm, frustration, misalignment, discouragement, and so on happen.
You need to heal past hurts and create healthy thoughts, habits, actions, and reactions to all the things that are happening in your business and outside of your business--because you and I both know that EVERYTHING in our lives affects our businesses! And here is a blessing and sometimes a frustration--as you grow you will uncover things alone, and with me, your coach, bit by bit that need to be worked on, processed, healed, learned, and grown through almost daily. Yep, I wish it could happen all at once--or do I?
One of my favorite verses in the old testament is: Exodus 23:29-30 CJB version
I will not drive them out from before you in one year, which would cause the land to become desolate and the wild animals too many for you. 30 I will drive them out from before you gradually, until you have grown in number and can take possession of the land.
God knows that we need to be gently healed and given tools that transform and grow us over time. Being in overwhelm and driven to face too many things at once is never good for us.
We need healing, relationship and business building strategies, skills, and understanding over time. That's why I customize and individualize the plans and skills to learn based on where YOU are--not some cookie cutter guru trick. Those with too rapid growth experience a myriad of issues and sometimes business failure because systems, processes, lead gen, SALES skills, etc. and the CEO just aren't ready for it! And if you grow too slowly discouragement, frustration, fear, self-doubt and more begin to overtake everything.
