What are your goals for 2022 and how did you create them?
There are a ton of mixed messages from social media about goals, new year resolutions—make them, don't make them, etc.
Here are some truths to help you choose what you are going to do:
1. If you don't plan with God how can you achieve the plans God has for you (Jeremiah 29:11)
2. Without God's plans and a heart of obedience, you're just circling around in the desert and not in your promise land (Exodus & Numbers 32:13)
3. When you plan with God, God will direct you (Proverbs 16:3 & 9)
4. With wise counsel, plans succeed (Proverbs 15:22)
5. Plans created with diligence, perseverance, patience, & self-control lead to a prosperous outcome (Proverbs 21:5)
6. Without goals and a plan from God, how will you know what you are sowing and reaping (Genesis 26:12, Matthew 13:8, Psalm 67:6, Ecclesiastes 11:6)
7. If you are waiting for the right time—Your time is now. You are created for such a time as this. You are His royal diadem. You can create protection around your dreams and goals so that they can come forth.
Let's choose today to create goals and plans that are simple, hyper-focused, diligent daily actions, with an attitude of vigilant protection over them and the growth relationship that will come from it with God.
Pray and/or fast. Rebuke fear. Write with abandon. And choose that no matter how many times you falter, fall, "fail", that you will rise again and again with God, allowing Him to craft the outcomes as He so chooses.
Message me and get on a breakthrough session. You need wise counsel and insight with prayer to create all that God has for you in 2022.
Let's pray: Dear God, thank You! Thank You for Your love and mercy! Thank You that You formed plans for us long ago.
Thank You for calling us out of the dark and into Your marvelous light. We are so grateful to be apart of Your Kingdom agenda.
Jesus, please help us to craft our goals from Your plans and will. Please help us to be bold, rebuking fear, and choosing to do all that You prompt for us to do.
Please surround us with hedges of protection, making the path clearer than ever before.
We are excited for what will come this 2022. We delight ourselves in You, Your word, and Your will, and we ask that You would grant us the desires of our heart.
Thank You Lord Jesus for loving us beyond measure. Please help us to repent when we get discouraged and falter in putting our hand to the plow. Please help us to hope, trust, obey, and persevere in the race You have set before us so that we can reap a hundred-fold harvest of blessings far and above the seeds we sow.
