How often do you draw near to God with a sincere heart to hear and act in accordance with His will and way?
For years I would cry to God for the things I wanted and the outcomes that I thought were best. I would anxiously and franticly go about trying to make everything the way I wanted.
Most often I see women going to God for what THEY want, NOT what they need.
We don't want to hear from God about what He wants to give us. We think we know the best outcomes and the best ways to get what we want for ourselves and our families. And we certainly don't want to hear what we really need because often it involves hard growth, cultivating patience, faithfulness, self-control, self-discipline, and perseverance to make hard choices.
God is always faithful to give us what we truly need. God is always faithful to love on us and grow us into the path He knows is best for us.
Let's choose today to cultivate the courage and faith to ask God what we need and the courage to do it.
Let's choose to look at our actions and reactions from a Godly perspective and start changing our words and deeds to be in alignment with His truth and His word.
Let's praise and pray for the outcomes that will serve our growth and God's Kingdom agenda.

Let's pray: Dear God thank You for this day. Thank You for Your love and mercy.
Lord please forgive us our sins, known and unknown, things done and left undone. Please help us to submit our mind, actions, and circumstances for real transformation and growth.
Please Lord help us to see where we are working outside of Your will and way and help us to faithfully choose to enter into actions that create healing, wholeness, renewal, transformation, and blessings.
We are in awe of Your love and patience for us as we grow on this spiritual journey.
We sing praises to Your name, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, amen!
