Have you ever felt disconnected from God or that He is far off?
I spent decades away from God--BUT He was never away from me. That is the amazing love of our Heavenly Father. He thinks of us. He sits and walks with us. He never leaves us nor forsakes us.
How we FEEL doesn't equal reality, fact, or truth of our circumstances. Sometimes simply reminding myself that God is near to me and what I feel about where He is is not reality flips the script in my head. We are empowered by God's word and Holy Spirit to renew our minds and transform our thoughts and emotions to come into alignment with God's will and way!
God is always wanting to bless us, to increase our ability to tap into His peace that dwells within those marked as Christ's own. Therefor, we speak in alignment with that truth--we praise Him, we thank Him, and we ask that He would help us re-align our thoughts and emotions to be in alignment with the truth of His word and Spirit.
Let's choose each day to proclaim the truth over ourselves out-loud: I have the mind of Christ. I have the peace of Christ. The Lord is near to me always. I feel joy and peace knowing that my God is planning great things for me. I break off the sin that tries to hold me back from a deep dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ and I fill my mind with praise and great thanksgiving for His amazing love for me!

Let's pray: Dear Lord God Almighty, we thank You and praise You for this day. We thank You that Your Holy word and spirit fills us with joy and a sense of Your presence.
Lord please help us to break every habit and sin that holds us back from connecting with You and creating the life and blessings that You want for us. We are so grateful that You long to lead us on a path of blessings and growth.
Lord we are in awe of Your heart for us. Thank You Lord for loving us beyond what we can fully understand.
Please imprint Your Holy word upon our hearts and minds so that we know Your will, Your voice, and Your presence always.
We sing praises to Your name, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Amen!
