The world loves to keep women stressed out, overworked, and living in lack--time lack, money lack, lack of peace, lack of healthy boundaries.
In life there is a sacrifice or a consequence for everything we do. Even if the consequences of our actions are good there is still some part of sacrifice to have it.
Our world feeds us a message that sacrifice is bad. Why are sacrifices bad when we can have such wonderful blessings after?
The definition of sacrifice is to give or surrender something for the sake of something else. I want to challenge us today to consider the word in a new light. I want us to surrender our brokenness for healing and the blessings of the Lord.
I want us to surrender our worry so God can step in and transform our lives and situations in miraculous ways so that the enemy can stop gloating over us and oppressing us.
I want us to surrender broken ideas that we need to say yes to everything and do everything and be everything according to the world's ways and I want us to embrace the blessing that God wants for your day. He wants your day to flow with peace and power from His word and Spirit.
I want us to surrender trying to find joy in the world through worldly things and embrace the blessings of God's Spirit and word that will lead us to joy immeasurable.
I want us to sacrifice television and junk food for the bounty of God's word and creation so that we can be healed body, soul, spirit, and mind.
What do you want to surrender or sacrifice today? What blessings are you looking for today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year? For He will deliver you from all your trouble and bring you an abundance of blessings when you sacrifice the world's mess for His message and Kingdom principles.

Thank You Lord that You vanquish our enemies--the world's dictates, the chaos of worry, the past hurts that still fester inside, the lies of the enemy. Lord lead us to surrender those to You for You to transform us, heal us, redeem us, and bless us.
Please show us what we are clinging to that is blocking our blessings and blocking our ability to receive immeasurably more blessings than we can imagine.
We sing praises to Your name, O Lord! Thank You Jesus that You are our Helper and Sustainer.
We give thanks and praise to Your name, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Amen!
