Happiness, joy, peace and sadness, grief, exhaustion, overwhelm, worry--all the feelings happen to everyone.
Some people have asked me what if there isn't Jesus on the other side. Though I am firm in my faith, I understand the person who doesn't embrace Jesus as their savior to want to understand if I would feel that I wasted time serving Jesus. The answer is a resounding NO.
Hard days, challenges, and all the feelings will happen to each of us. I am thankful for a God and Savior that knows every emotion and every pain more acutely than I do.
Having Jesus within me to free me from the burden of sin, sustain me, give me strength and peace beyond measure is a tangible and wonderful feeling. I will take my savior in this life and I know in the next also--but even if as some believe on faith that He is not there, I will always be glad I served Him in this life. #SpokesmanForTheLord
