How do you resolve your anger?
I use to stew over my anger--as it says in this verse, nurse my anger. I would
think of everything I should have said and ways that I could get back at the
person verbally.
But, God calls us to a different standard--one not

How do you talk?
I use to be a complainer--a drainer of my energy and all those around me. I use
to speak death over my life, my marriage, so many things. DEATH?!? what the
heck, Leah.
Yep, our words are energy, power, and life. What we speak, we create.
WAIT! Have you heard of Lent? No. No worries let's break it down.
Lent is a time to reflect on the journey Jesus had right up to the cross. It's a
time to dig into His words. It's a time to think about the
Lying. It feels uncomfortable just typing the word.
As children we are chastised for lying. We have an ingrained broken nature that
leads us to lie for self-preservation, for self-gratification, for
self-promotion, the list could go on.
