Do you see yourself as unique? loved? worthy? called? qualified? complexly created for a Kingdom impact?
I find it somewhat difficult to keep a balanced perspective of myself and my worth. It's entirely human to be overly prideful. It's entirely human to absorb our culture's idea that Christians should be so humble that we think of ourselves as unworthy of anything which creates victim mentality, brokenness, bitterness, and unhealthy relationships, habits, etc!
With all the mixed messages from our culture, our church, our social media influencers--no wonder women often don't know what choices to make and how they should view themselves.
Often I find that women, and myself, are seeking answers from everyone around them. They are stuck in the hurt from childhood, church, and more. We're so conditioned to be people pleasers and part of the crowd that we forget that God calls us by name, wants us set apart from the crowd, and wants us boldly walking out our gifts, talents, and calling without regard to what others think.
Let's choose today to create our actions, reactions, thoughts, feelings, goals, and dreams not from what family, friends, pastors, and online gurus tell us. BUT from a place of ENTIRELY pleasing Him!
Let's choose to write out on paper what we think we "should" be doing and then ASK/SEEK what GOD wants us to be doing!
Let's choose healthy habits, boundaries, and actions over excuses! Let's truly see with our eyes on the words that we write--"Is this truly for me or something that worked for someone else?"
Let's choose to know God's word (multiplying in the full knowledge) so deeply and intimately that church pastors, deacons, and the popular chick, can't convince of their skewed perspective based off their broken mindset issues.
Let's choose that we will persevere with joy into the high calling in Christ Jesus, running each of our unique races that may look SIMILAR or NOTHING like others or what we ourselves thought God should call us to.

Colossians 1 Complete Jewish Bible version: 10 so that you may live lives worthy of the Lord and entirely pleasing to him, being fruitful in every good work and multiplying in the full knowledge of God. 11 We pray that you will be continually strengthened with all the power that comes from his glorious might; so that you will be able to persevere and be patient in any situation, joyfully 12 giving thanks to the Father for having made you fit to share in the inheritance of his people in the light. 13 He has rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son.
Let's pray: Dear God thank You for this day! Thank You for calling each of us by name. Thank You for setting us apart from destruction and into Your marvelous light and good works that You created before time began.
Lord Jesus we are not worthy of Your mercy, but You made a way for us to be forgiven, free, called, qualified, and worthy of all that God wants for us.
Lord please help us to drink in Your word each morning until we are forever transformed, knit into Your will, and multiplying in bold action for Your Kingdom agenda.
Thank You Abba Father that You are Lord of Lords and the God who sees us. Please help our praises to be acceptable in Your sight as we move through our days and the journey that You have for us.
Please empower us by Your Spirit and word to take bold steps of faith and action that please You and crush out the lies of the enemy and the excuses our minds make to keep us safe and from worldly judgement.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
