Do you set your intentions and energy for the day?
My energy, emotions, and thoughts roll through in waves all day--I often need to tap back into the peace of Christ and reaffirm what I am doing, who I am, and what my intentions are for that moment and day.
It's normal for the enemy to fling lies and discouragement at us. It's easy to be working online and see something that triggers us down a rabbit hole of negative emotions and unproductivity.
Let's choose today to write out our intentions and desired energy for the day. Let's choose to tap back into the peace of Christ that dwells within us just waiting for us to come back into alignment with Him.

Verse of the day: John 14:27 Complete Jewish Bible
27 “What I am leaving with you is shalom — I am giving you my shalom. I don’t give the way the world gives. Don’t let yourselves be upset or frightened.
Let's pray: Dear Lord Almighty, thank You for this day. Thank You for Your love and mercy. Thank You that we can be in relationship with You in a deep and dynamic way.
Lord please help us to see when we have wavered out of alignment with Your will and way. Please help us to take right responsibility for our actions and to bring our thoughts and energy back into faithful obedience through Your word and Spirit.
We are humbled and awed by Your loving sacrifice, Jesus. We thank You for leaving Your peace and Spirit within us so that we can tap back into it day by day, moment by moment. Please help bring us back into that full peace--releasing the outcomes of our life circumstances into Your hands to do with as You so choose.
Thank You Lord for being the God who sees us, knows us, and loves us. Please surround us with Your protection and help us to grow into the plans You have for us.
We sing praises of great thanksgiving for Your love and mercy! Holy, holy, holy are You! Amen!
