Building up! I want each of us to be so built up with positive truth that the world bubbles over with love and grace!
God's word says to pursue the things that build others up. Pursue is an active, intentional positive effort of mind, body, and spirit.
To build others up we must first build ourselves up with the truth of God's word. We must first imprint His holy word upon our hearts and minds because it is wisdom and knowledge that transforms hearts and minds.
God's word says out of the heart the mouth speaks. What are you pouring into your heart each morning? When you pour your coffee are you pouring into your heart that you are loved, worthy, wonderful, and courageous. Do you tell your mind that you are peaceful and kind? Do you tell your mind to hurry and that your failing or do you tell your mind to be intentional with your activities today and that you are a success in progress through the author and perfecter Christ Jesus? (see verse Hebrews 12:2)
Let's affirm the truth in ourselves and then affirm it in all those around us! Amen
