Do you prepare for hard days?
One thing I know, preparing for the hardships of life make it so much easier than if we are unprepared and blindsided.
How do we prepare: knowing the word of God, caring for our mind, body, spirit, home, leadership skills, etc.
When we daily care for all areas of our life, little by little, they grow strong--strong enough to weather the storms of life.
How are you preparing?
Let's choose today to cultivate an empowered morning routine that sets our lives and bodies on a path to health and wellness.

Verse of the day: Psalm 63:1 (New American Standard Bible)
A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.God, You are my God; I shall be watching for You; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and exhausted land where there is no water.
Let's pray: Jesus thank You for this day. Thank You for Your everlasting love and mercy.
Please Lord lead us to cultivate the healthy habits and mindsets that set us on a firm strong foundation that is not moved by the storms of this life.
We thank You that we have such easy access to Your holy word. We thank You that Your word is a lamp unto our feet and an empowerment to our mind. Please imprint Your word upon our hearts and minds and let it nourish and heal every area of us.
We are in awe of Your love, mercy, and protection. Please rebuke the devourer away from our harvest of blessings and put mighty hedges of protection around us and everything we have.
We sing praises to Your name, now and forever, Amen!
