Where does your help come from?
In this world the battle starts in the spiritual realm and is felt in the physical.
God's power and protection are just waiting for us to call for them. I don't know why we must seek protection, mercy, and guidance each and every day but if we don't we open the door for the enemy to come in and start messing around creating chaos and destruction.
I used to wonder why life was so hard, joyless, painful, and chaotic inside my mind and in other areas. But I hardly ever looked to the Lord. Often it was only in times of great trial. No wonder my life was so much harder than it needed to be or than God wanted it to be.
I'm not saying life will be easy if you seek God all day and in every way. Even Jesus said we would face trails and tribulations but we increase our pain, our worry, and the enemy's destructive power by not proclaiming God's power and protection into our lives and over our circumstances!
We worry and increase our anxiety because we don't trust God to craft the outcome! We want control. And God wants to daily bear our burdens (Psalm 68:19).
God wants to gird you with strength (Psalm 18:33) and anoint your soul with the oil of gladness (Isaiah 61:3). Are you proclaiming that? Are you praying for that every day?
It takes time and consistently out-loud prayer proclamation to start to feel the shift if you have been stuck for so long in the negative pattern of not seeking God and worrying yourself sick. It took many months for me to get free of the anxiety, fear, and depression that plagued me. But day by day I became free and healed through the power of God's word, prayer, praise in the midst of storms, and His healing energy flowing through me.

Let's pray: Dear Lord we look to You with humble awe filled spirits.
We thank You and praise You that You long for us to be healed, energized, strengthened, protected, filled with joy that surpasses all worldly understanding.
We sing praises to The Most High King, Hosanna in the Highest! Praise You Jesus our God in whom we trust!
Lord please lead us to understand where we are trying to control the outcome and keep parts of our lives and mindsets out of Your powerful, healing hands.
Lord please give us the strength and courage to praise You in the midst of the storms of life and to seek You in every moment and every decision, big and small.
We are in awe that You daily bear our burdens when we trust You to craft the outcome according to Your will and way.
Please Jesus protect us from the adversary. Please cause the enemy to flee and place mighty hedges of protection around us, our families, our work, our health, our finances, our everything! Because deliverance by man is in vain (Psalm 108:12).
Thank You Lord for always hearing our prayers. Thank You for longing to heal us. Please heal us and lead us to the tools that we need to bring about whole healing in every area.
Praise You Jesus! Amen and Amen!
