Faith over fear, over anxiety, over stress, over overwhelm....
But how you ask.
The power of the spoken word over our minds is amazing. It's not an immediate switch flip from your years of ingrained reactions and habitual words that you use day in and day out.
But, the beautiful healing balm of the word of God is like a medicine to the mind, healing the past hurts, bringing light into the darkness, replacing the negativity, fear, distrust, and opening you up to blessings, light, and joy like never before.
Let's choose today to journal out our thoughts, reframe them with the truth of God, and speak it over ourselves 5 times today– "I am unshaken by circumstances around me. The Lord is my protector and deliverer."

Let's pray: Dear Lord God Almighty, we humbly come to the throne room of grace with praise and thanksgiving for Your Holiness, love, mercy, and protection.
Lord Jesus we are in awe of Your salvation healing that You give to us. Lord please help us to stand on the truth of Your word and release our negative thoughts, fears, insecurities, and doubts into Your capable hands.
We give over the outcome of every circumstance. We pray that You would align our thoughts and emotions with the truth and power of Your word and Spirit.
Thank You Lord that we can put our hope and trust in You.
Please lead each of us to the scripture we need to proclaim over ourselves, our situations, and our minds--for Your word is a lamp unto our feet and the healing balm we need so much.
Thank You Lord Jesus, Amen.
