God's word tells us who He is--loving and holy, what He wants for us to become--loving and holy, and how to change daily--putting away malice, anger, deceit, unwholesome talk, gossip, complaining, etc. (see Ephesians 4:31)
Let's renew our mind in His word.
Let's light up our mind with His love and His Spirit.
Let's lighten up our heart from all the burdens we carry by giving them over to God.
Let's shift our efforts from seeking pleasure in the worldly stuff of this world and start seeking daily positive habits.
