Our minds are a garden we tend daily or allow to run us ragged!
The life we build first starts in our mind--we think, we feel, we act, we react, we believe, we become.
God's word is the first coaching book on the planet. It takes diligent work to put the word of God planted firmly into our minds so that we can withstand the schemes of the enemy and the hard circumstances of life.
As we move through this day pick a verse to speak over yourself. Plant it firmly so that you can weather the storms of this life and the flaming arrows of the evil one (Ephesians 6:16).
Speak the verse so that by it you can build a future of blessings, watering your mind with the word, and watering others with the stream of living water that flows from the Holy Spirit.
Let's pray: Dear Lord Jesus, thank You that You are the word, You are the life, You are the living water that we need for the garden of our minds.
We praise You for salvation, restoration, and healing.
Lord please lead us to dig out old broken thoughts and habits and replace them with the word of truth that will grow us into the blessings You long for us to be and to have.
Please Lord rebuke the devourer from our harvest of spiritual, mental, and emotional work. Please empower us by Your Spirit to diligently rebuke the enemy's lies and stand on the solid rock of Your word.
We give You all thanks and praise for the easy access we have to Your living word which transforms, heals, and saves.
We sing praises to Your name, now and forever, In Jesus name, Amen!
