It's Monday. Are we excited for this day?
Monday is the sign that a weekend is over and that the work week has just begun. Often, we don't delight in a Monday but let's shift our mind and think about the opportunity to start something new today, tomorrow, and the next.
Each day the work we have done, the words we have said, the relationships that we cultivated or didn't cultivate accumulates in our garden. The garden of our life is sown day by day, moment by moment.
At the end of the day, the day is gone and the seeds are sown and buried preparing to grow and sprout into something next week, month, year, or 5 years from now.
The American culture mind focuses on facts and things seen instead of the unseen, imperishable spiritual life. Everything we do or say is an energy that grows and sprouts into something.
The year 2020 is fast approaching. Let's start thinking about what seeds we are going to sow. Let's start thinking about our dreams and goals. Let's start thinking of new habits we can form to sow the abundant joyful life.
