In hard times it can be easy to lose patience, grow cold, and desire revenge when someone hurts us.
During this time we who are marked as Christ's own have an even greater responsibility to shine His light and love in such a way that people see our forgiveness, mercy, patience, and love and glorify God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Spirit.
Let's endeavor to pray blessings, salvation, mercy, and love on people who wrong us. Let's place protective boundaries for ourselves too. Because boundaries show love and mercy to ourselves. Let's put boundaries on our time listening to the news and social media. And let's increase our time in prayer for blessings, healing, salvation, and revival for the whole world.
Let's pray: Dear Lord God Almighty, thank You for this day. Thank You, Jesus, for Your great sacrifice, love, and forgiveness for each of us who call on Your name.
Lord Jesus please help us to think and act in a heavenly minded way. Help please keep us from worldly ways and worldly actions that don't represent who we are as Your children.
Lord please help us to tap into the peace that dwells in us and to pray fervently for all those who are hurting and scared during this time.
We humbly pray for an end to this crisis, a rival to all Christians, help to the brokenhearted, peace to the worried, financial resources to those in need, and salvation blessings to those without You, Lord Jesus.
We thank You and praise You for all that You are doing in us, through us, and in this difficult time. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen
