How do you talk?
I use to be a complainer--a drainer of my energy and all those around me. I use to speak death over my life, my marriage, so many things. DEATH?!? what the heck, Leah.
Yep, our words are energy, power, and life. What we speak, we create. Our words are seeds sown into our lives and everyone else's lives too.
Now I know that you think I'm getting a bit to woo woo. But, the truth is we act the way we talk. Our brain listens and everyone around us listens. We are the energy of our words. If we speak that we're tired than our brain will help us to feel even more tired.
We have a choice to change our words and what we say. At first people will think we're being fake or over the top when we start talking in a positive way.
My kids noticed right away that I was talking different and acting different when I finished my life coaching course. And my life became different because of the words I said. And my marriage got even better. The dominoes of our words make a huge difference.

Let's pray: Dear Lord God thank You so much for this day. Thank You that Your word is the best self-help book on the market. Thank You that Your word transforms lives from bleak and broken to joy-filled and abundant.
Lord Jesus please help us this day to start to change the words we say day by day. Help us to speak only that which builds our minds and lives up in such a way that others see and want to change too.
We thank You and praise You for all that You are doing in us and through us. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen
