In a world full of conflicting information now more than ever we need to put things to the test--we need to research, we need to pray about it, we need to take a moment to pause and push our minds to think things through from several perspectives.
Under stress we can forget to truly pause, pray, and think through the information and circumstances thrown at us. It's easy to to be quick to react instead of slow to speak and quick to listen and process with the Holy Spirit (James 1:19).
Let's endeavor now more than ever to be slow to speak, slow to react, quick to pray, praise, and research the information we are given from every person, family member, or online resource. Let's be intentional with our words, actions, and reactions.
Let's pray: Lord Jesus now more than ever we need you. We will praise You in every storm, circumstance, and moment.
Lord Jesus we thank You even more that we are forgiven and free to not let sin and brokenness hinder us from right thinking and positive actions.
Lord Jesus please help us to bring our emotions in right alignment with the truth of who we are in You. We are loved, forgiven, and blessed with the Holy Spirit to bring our thoughts, emotions, and actions into alignment with all that You have called us to be and do.
We pray for supernatural wisdom and protection to all who are working for truth, justice, healing, governing, etc.
We thank You for revival and salvation. We give You all thanks and praise for this time of reflection on Your Holy word. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen
