As I read this verse, I felt like this verse summarized the life journey of every believer.
We watch each morning for a word from the Lord as we read His holy word and pray.
He is our salvation and we need not fear death.
Our Lord hears our prayers--He is the God who sees us.
The enemy comes at us time and time again--sometimes it seems as if the enemy has won and is rejoicing over our pain and sorrow, BUT we are triumphant in Christ Jesus, our God works all things for our good and His Kingdom agenda.
We do rise again whether it is from the enemy or our own fears and insecurities knocking us down.
Though we travel this life in a dark, broken, and sinful world our Jesus is the light that shines our way through it.
